September 25-27 | Andersonville, TN Still Waters -Fall 2026 is sold out
A retreat with Well Rooted Knoxville
A weekend by the lake.
Yoga. Campfires. Slow Mornings
What to Expect
What if rest felt simple again?
Still Waters was created as an opportunity to step away from urgency for a weekend.
No rushing
No performance.
No expectation to be anything other than human.
Just lake morning, movement, campfires, good company and space to exhale. This retreat is intentionally small and intentionally simple.
A quiet return to what matters.
❋ Why camping?Because simplicity changes us.
❋ Why small groups?Because connection deepens in smaller circles.
❋ Why stillness?Because your nervous system deserves somewhere to land.
❋Why lake life?Because water reminds us how to soften.
An opportunity to exhale.

Sometimes healing looks less like fixing yourself and more like sitting beside the water long enough for your body to remember how to soften.
