Osteo Thai Yin Yoga

Osteo Thai Yin Yoga blends long-held, supported postures with fascia awareness and nervous system regulation.

This class is less about performance and more about capacity - the capacity to stay present with sensation, to soften without collapsing and to begint he week wihout bracing.

Each class begins with breathwork, followed by Yin sequence and Yoga Nidra.

It feels like an exhale into Monday.

Slow. Supported. Intentionally steady.

Beginning August 3, 2026, class location will be Printshop - 1532 Island Home Avenue, Knoxville.

Your $10 reserves your space for the upcoming Monday class. Passes are valid only for that week’s class and do not roll over. To preserve simplicity and flow, unused passes do not roll over and are non-refundable.
