Stillness. Sacred. Surrender.
I’m Barb—bodyworker, founder of the Osteo Yin Method, former nurse + Master Doula, mother of five, and keeper of stillness in a world that’s forgotten how to pause.
I didn’t set out to become a healer. After 26 years working alongside midwives and birthing mothers as a nurse and Master Doula, I thought I knew my path. But when I finally slowed down—and truly listened—I realized life had other plans. Bodywork found me when I wasn’t looking. Just like the babies used to. There’s always been something magical about how people arrive at my table.
My method wasn’t built in a lab or pulled from textbooks. It was born through lived experience. Through grief, injury, and the long, sacred remembering of what the body holds. I lost a son during childbirth. I carried grief and chronic pain for over a decade. And I’ve moved through it all—not by overriding my body, but by finally hearing her.
The Osteo Yin Method is my offering to women like you. It blends the anatomical intelligence of Osteo Thai, the softness of Yin, and the intuitive power of presence. This isn’t mechanical bodywork. This is the body remembering itself. It’s nervous system repair through sacred touch, deep listening, and stillness that speaks louder than words ever could.
Clients tell me they feel safe—sometimes for the first time in years. They exhale on my table. They cry without needing to explain why. They walk away feeling like wrung-out sponges: emptied, softened, whole.
Because this isn’t just healing—it’s a return.
What I Offer Beyond the Mat
I host intimate, seasonal retreats for women—spaces where healing meets rhythm and ritual. I teach group Osteo Thai-infused yoga sessions, free from studio agendas. And soon, I’ll be welcoming women to The Health Hut—a bespoke healing sanctuary on my land, where bodywork is accompanied by infrared sauna, cold plunges, red light, tea and rest. A full-body, full-soul experience.
Because you deserve more than a session. You deserve sanctuary.
I See You, Even Before You Arrive
You’re strong—but tired of performing. Your mind won’t slow down. Your body whispers in symptoms she’s been too busy to hear: insomnia, anxiety, digestive unrest. You crave something real. Small. Bespoke. Sacred.
You don’t want crowds or clinical spaces. You want ritual. You want reverence. You’re preparing for the woman you’re becoming by honoring the one you are now.
You’ve been searching. Not knowing it was me you were looking for.
Until now.
Before You Go, Let Me Whisper This…
You are enough.
You already know.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Your body remembers the way.
And when you’re ready to return to her—I’ll be here.
This is the work. This is the woman.
