A Midyear Exhale

There are seasons in life when rest feels just out of reach. You sleep, but you’re still tired. You take a day off, but your mind never quite slows down. Your shoulders stay tight. Your jaw stays clenched. And somewhere along the way, carrying everything became your normal.

Midyear Exhale was created for exactly these moments.

What Sets This Apart

What to expect…

This 75-minute experience combines guided breathwork, Osteo Thai bodywork, and quiet integration to help you step out of survival mode and reconnect with yourself.

Not by doing more.

By softening enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you.

1. A brief conversation

We’ll explore what you’re carrying, where you’re feeling stuck and what kind of support your body may be asking for right now.

2.Breathwork

Breath is the one tool with which we have constant contact. Guided breath settle the nervous system and creates space for deeper release.

3.Osteo Thai Bodywork

Rhythmic movement, compression, assisted stretching, passive yoga. This is the core of the visit.

4.Yoga Nidra + Integration

Closing with a few moments of quiet reflection and integration before returning to the day.

This session may be especially helpful if you are:

  • feeling overwhelmed or stretchedthin

  • carrying stress in your shoulders, neck, jaw or hips

  • navigating a life transition

  • experiencing mental fatigue or emotional exhaustion

  • longing for a pause that feels genuinely restorative

  • finding yourself tired in a way sleep doesn’t seem to fix

A final thought…

Sometimes what we need most isn’t another strategy.

Not another podcast.

Not another self-improvement project.

Sometimes what we need is a place to set everything down for a little while.

A chance to exhale.

  • "It's difficult to explain what happens in Barb's sessions. It's not just bodywork. It's the feeling of finally being able to let go."

    Sarah G.

  • "I didn't realize how much I was carrying until I could really set it down."

    Susan S.

  • "For seventy-five minutes, I didn't have to hold everything together...I just bawled.
